Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

- Standard Shipping: €4.99.00
- FREE Shipping: Orders of €69 or more
- Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping Within Europe
We currently ship to most European countries.
- Standard Shipping: €9.99.00
- FREE Shipping: Orders of €99 or more (selected European destinations).
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections (where applicable)
- Courier service disruptions
- High seasonal demand
BellaFra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, though we will gladly assist in tracking your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
BellaFra cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel must be resent.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. EU consumer rules also provide protections for goods damaged before delivery to the customer.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union generally do not incur customs duties.
For shipments to countries outside the EU (if offered in the future), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
